What happens after you pay

No mystery, no waiting to find out. The same four steps whichever service you choose.

01

You pay

In US dollars, by card. Your bank converts at its own rate, so the amount you agreed to is the amount you are charged. A receipt arrives immediately.

02

You get the intake form

Within minutes, not days. Fifteen minutes of honest answers about your grades, your money and your timing. It is the difference between generic advice and a real assessment.

03

I read it before we speak

Every intake is read start to finish before any work begins. If something in it raises a question, I ask it rather than guess.

04

You get what was promised

In the time promised on this page. If I am going to miss it, you hear that from me before the deadline rather than after it.

Sessions are booked in your own time zone, with evening and early-morning slots, so nobody has to take a day off work to talk to me. If a slot you need is not there, write and I will find one.

And one that costs nothing

The route finder ranks thirty five countries against your situation in about four minutes, with no email and no account. Start there before anything paid.

Terms and refunds

All prices are in US dollars. Your card converts at checkout at the network rate that day, so you are never quoted a figure that has gone stale, and you always know exactly what you agreed to. Any local figure shown elsewhere on this site is approximate and is never what you are charged.

Nothing here is a guarantee of admission or a visa. Full refund before work starts, none once a review is delivered, and never tied to a visa outcome. We advise on schools, funding, applications and documents, and we do not give immigration legal advice.

How we get paid

Two ways, and you should know both.

Families pay directly for guides, reviews and application support. Every price is published on the Services page.

Some universities also pay a commission when a student enrols. Your fee does not go up because of it. That is how most of this industry works, and almost nobody says so on their own website.

Your shortlist is built on what fits you. We check who pays us afterwards, never before. If the best school for you pays us nothing, you still get it.

Not sure which fits?

Run the free route finder first. The result usually answers that on its own.
